After 7 1/2 years it was time for Swyx Forum to get some new clothes, more fancy, more modern and more easy to use.
Please note that the content of the old forum wasn't moved, but instead became a read only archive for all times.
Also all existing user accounts were not moved. You would need to register yourself a new account on the new page.
Conference Room Manager
The Conference Room Manager for SwyxWare allows users or administrators to setup Conferences based on the built-in Conference Function.
An unlimited number of Conference Rooms can be booked through a customizable, Multilanguage-capable Webinterface that allows flexible setup of Conference Time, Users to invite and PINs.
Motivation & Background
This application was created after the need for a conference system came up. Users liked the built-in conference function, but complained that the conference rooms would always have the same PIN.
After some testing and digging through the Swyx-Forum, the idea for the Conference Room Manager began to form.
